Dynascale Group Achieves ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 Certification, Marking an Isle of Man First

The dual certification places Dynascale among a small group of organisations worldwide that hold accredited credentials in both information security and AI governance. ISO/IEC 27001 is the long-established global benchmark for managing the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets. ISO/IEC 42001, published in December 2023, is the first international management standard dedicated to artificial intelligence, setting clear requirements for ethical, transparent and accountable AI.

Achieving both certifications concurrently, and doing so without a single non-conformance raised by the assessors, is an outcome that speaks to the maturity of the controls, policies and culture already embedded across the Group.

The audits were carried out by the British Assessment Bureau, one of the United Kingdom’s most respected certification bodies. Assessors examined every facet of the Group’s operations, from governance of AI systems, data handling and model lifecycle management, through to access controls, supplier assurance, incident response and business continuity.

The zero non-conformance result is a significant endorsement. It indicates that the auditors identified no gaps between the Group’s documented management systems and the strict requirements of either standard — an outcome rarely achieved on a combined first-time certification.

• • Verified information security. Every aspect of how client data is collected, stored, processed and protected has been independently assessed against ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
• • Accountable AI. The Group’s approach to model development, human oversight, bias management, transparency and risk now carries formal certification under ISO/IEC 42001:2023.
• • Simplified due diligence. Procurement, compliance and risk teams working with Dynascale can now reference two internationally recognised certificates in their supplier assurance processes.
• • Continuous improvement. Both standards require ongoing surveillance audits, ensuring the Group’s controls evolve alongside the regulatory and threat landscape.
