Manager Role Warning

When marking an employee as a 'Manager', a confirmation dialog now appears to warn the user about the increased permissions, including access to financial information. This added safeguard helps ensure manager roles are assigned deliberately.

Manager Badge Colour

Managers are now visually distinguished with a red badge in employee lists and profiles for quick identification throughout the platform.

Manager and Supervisor Profiles

Managers and Supervisors now have their own comprehensive profiles, just like Employees. This provides consistency across all user types and better self-service capabilities.

Generate Contract (Managers only)

We've implemented the Generate Contract feature ready for when this service goes live. Generate employment contracts directly from an employee's profile page and see when it was signed.

Employee Notes

Managers can now add notes to an employee's profile at the bottom of their profile page. Keep important information and observations organised and accessible.

Pending and Completed Tasks

Track task status more effectively with clear pending and completed states. View completion timestamps to maintain accountability and track progress.

Payroll Adjustments

Manually add or deduct taxable and net amounts for employees within a pay period. Handle bonuses, deductions, and adjustments with ease and accuracy.

Dynamic Pay Rates In Payroll Cost Analysis

Previously, when an employee's pay rate was changed, this would affect what is displayed within the Payroll Cost Analysis by applying the new rate to all of their previous work hours. Now, when a pay rate is changed, Dynamic EMS® will know and only apply that new rate to future hours worked for that employee in the Payroll Cost Analysis, giving you historically accurate reporting.

Online/Offline Status Icon

A new icon has been added to the top right of the screen throughout Dynamic EMS®. This icon will be green if you're online, and red if you're offline, helping you understand your connection status at a glance.

Employee Wages Breakdown

Employees and Supervisors can now see a breakdown of their hours worked in their profile page when they sign in. This transparency helps everyone stay informed about their work and earnings.

In-Profile Illness Reports

Employees can see their illness history in their profiles. Managers can see Illness Reports for all Employees. Supervisors can see illness reports for Employees in their location(s). Better tracking leads to better workforce planning.
