Employee Changes Report

Track and monitor changes to employee information with our new Employee Changes Report. This powerful feature allows you to see the last time an employee's information was modified, helping you maintain accurate records and audit trails.

Supervisors Can Assign Tasks

Supervisors can now assign tasks to other Supervisors and Managers. This enhancement improves workflow delegation and helps distribute responsibilities more effectively across your management team.

Managers Can See How Many Employees Are Not Linked to Payroll

On the top right of the 'Employees' page, Managers can now see how many Employees are not linked to Online Payroll. You can press this button to export a CSV file of those employees' information to uplift straight into the Online Payroll platform, streamlining your payroll setup process.

• • Supervisors can now see all employees within their assigned Location(s)
• • Supervisors can no longer edit an employee's information once the employee has been added
• • Managers and Supervisors can view an Employee's PIN code at the top of the Employee Profile page, underneath their email and phone number
• • When assigning an Employee as a Manager, they can no longer see other Managers' pay information
• • Re-ordered and added structure to the Add Employee and Edit Employee windows
• • Added an 'Unlink' button in Payroll to unlink employees from Online Payroll
• • Added a 'Completed' button for Managers to be able to mark a task as completed
• • Improvements to the way the 'Payroll Cost Analysis' report displays information
