Today the following new updates to our ShiftSync platform have been successfully rolled out for all users...
New Features
The ShiftSync Employee Portal
Allow your workers to sign in to their own profile where they can request shift changes, request time off, view the status of their requests, view their own schedule, and view their attendance record.
Shift Change and Time Off Requests
All requests from employees are visible by managers, where it is then up to them to approve or reject the shift change requests or time off requests.
Clock In
A specific clocking in page that can only be launched by the managers account - perfect for keeping open on a tablet or laptop at each premises. Our clocking in feature includes identifying employee lateness.
Open Shifts
When an employee says they can't work a shift, every employee who is eligible to take that shift will be notified. Open shifts are taken on a first come, first served basis.
See Staff Availability Immediately
You can now see each employees availability under their name in the 'Employees' section.
Staff Filtering
Use the new in-built search bar in the 'Employees' section to search for a specific employee by their name or job role.
Improved Employee Availability
Add multi-day availability at once for employees in the re-designed 'Availability' section.
Shift Fulfilment
View how many employees are needed and how many you have for your shifts.
New and Left Staff
See how many new employees you have gained and how many employees have left over the last month.
